Information about claims system upgrade
At Delta Dental of Kentucky, we are committed to continuously improving our services to better serve our valued network of dental providers, employer groups and members. We are pleased to inform you about an upcoming upgrade to our claims system that will enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
As part of this upgrade, Benefit Manager Toolkit (BMT), Member Portal, and Dentist Office Toolkit (DOT) will transition to a new portal.
